Send a text message.
Make a landline telephone call.
Register with her Holistic Wellbeing Practice as a client, or as a workshop/seminar participant.
 
The details you give are used to respond to your question and for any ongoing communication between Marion Patricia and yourself and are treated with respect and confidence.
 
Your contact information and any wellbeing issues you present are never divulged to other people, unless you have specifically agreed, and given permission, that Marion Patricia may contact other professionals caring or treating you. 
 
When you register with Marion Patricia’s holistic practice additional information will be recorded to enable her to help you with your project.  This information is hand written and stored in a secure filling system all the time you are registered.  Your file will be securely held for a short time after your final appointment in case you return to the Practice.  After which the paper work will be shredded as confidential waste.
 
If appropriate, you may be kept informed of her practice news, events and workshops organized by Marion Patricia.  There may be times when Marion Patricia will send you details of other wellbeing matters of interest, these will be sent directly from her and not a third party.   At any time you may instruct Marion Patricia to cease contacting  you,  and your contact details will be deleted.
